Peter Hawksworth - CEO

Peter Hawksworth is CEO of FES’ global operations. His wealth of commercial leadership experience has been instrumental in establishing FES as the leading funded lighting solution in the US and UK markets. Prior to joining FES, he spent 10 years as Global CEO of Siemens’ Electronic Security Division and the previous 10 years building the UK’s largest Electronic Security Rental Integrator and leading it to acquisition

Marcus Brodin - COO

Marcus Brodin, COO of FES global operations, started the FES European business from scratch, and has been instrumental in the growth and management of FES US. Following the success of FES Europe (which operated in over 8 different countries) Marcus has taken charge of US sales, marketing and operations, Proven track record in successful large scale LaaS transactions and leading growth strategies.
Daniel

Daniel Gold - Founding Partner

Daniel Gold founded Future Energy Solutions (FES) USA in 2009. Over the last decade, he has taken the company from a start-up to one of Inc. 5000’s fastest-growing companies in the country. During his tenure as CEO, he spearheaded the development of The Gold Initiative Program, FES’ Lighting-as-a-Service solution. Daniel is a long-time successful entrepreneur, guiding his previous company, ISA to acquisition in 2007.

Anthony Lyons - Chairman

Anthony Lyons partnered with FES in 2012 and co-founded the Gold Initiative Program alongside Daniel Gold. He has played a critical role in elevating the visibility and foundation of the company’s lighting-as-a-service business model. Having founded multiple investment firms over the last twenty years, Anthony adds decades of strategic expertise to the FES leadership team.

Simon Conway - Owner & Board Advisor

Simon Conway is Owner and Board advisor of FES’ global operations since 2012. His primary focus is ensuring that FES’ operational foundation is built to support global scale. Since 1999, he has been involved in the development, scale and acquisition of various ventures. Additionally, Simon currently serves as COO of Matterhorn Capital, a leading real estate investment firm.

Aaron Callen - Legal Director

Aaron Callen came to FES as Legal Director in 2016. He has over fifteen years of in-house legal experience, covering banking, financial and commodity markets and general commercial operations. His work has ranged from private company M&A, through investment management (PE and funds), to OTC and exchange-traded derivatives. He has executed transactions and provided advice both domestically and internationally (EMEA, the Americas, South and South East Asia and Australasia), having acted as both sole counsel and member of large in-house teams.

Wayne Burrell - Vice President of Sales

As FES’ National Sales Director, Wayne Burrell is responsible for implementing and guiding the company’s overall sales strategies to advance revenue growth and increase market share throughout the U.S. With a versatile sales and operations background, Burrell provides the balance to ensure solid execution of FES’ processes with an upward growth mentality. He brings 20 years’ of experience in various sales and operations leadership roles.

Kathelen Beltre - Operations Director

As FES's Operations Director, Kat is tasked with the smooth execution of every project we install. With her excellent communication skills Kat keeps a close relationship with our Contractors and HeadQuarter staff in order to bring every project to completion. Kat has been with FES since 2017 when she joined as Installations Manager and has evolved and grown within the company to Project Management Director to her current role as Operations Director.

Leon-Scott

Leon Scott - Procurement Director

Leon joined our team in 2014 as a Lighting Technician and has steadily grown along with FES. In his current role as Procurement Director, Leon handles all purchase orders and liaises with our suppliers to ensure our product is on hand and ready for our installations. Leon also oversees our production and assembly team who are in charge of building, prepping and testing our product before it is shipped out to our Installations sites.

Crystal Campbell - Project Management Director

Crystal Campbell has been with FES since 2016, when the company experienced an exponential growth spurt, and Crystal proved to be a valuable team player in her entry role in Project Administration. She has grown alongside our Company and been involved in various departments: Installations, Maintenance, Sales and ultimately her current role as Project Management Director. In this role Crystal is the right hand for our Sales and Ops team ensuring all diligence is done on each incoming new project to produce a smooth installation and relationship thereafter. Crystal is tasked with issuing all project agreements to Sales Executives for closings with customers, ensuring that each project moves efficiently through our process status points all the way through to completion.

Diego Sequera - Director of Systems & Business Analytics

Diego joined FES in 2018 in the Engineering Department where he worked to analyze and design Custom Lighting Solutions for our new projects. With an extensive background in Science and a PHD in the Science field Diego's analytical skills landed him the current role as Director of Systems & Business Analytics.

Gaby Lobon - Communications & Marketing Manager

As FES' Communications & Marketing manager, Gaby ensures our stakeholder's vision is executed through marketing efforts as well as deploying all internal communications. With a keen eye for good aesthetics Gaby liaises with external marketing vendors and maintains FES brand standards throughout all the company's collateral and digital presence. Since joining FES in 2014, Gaby has grown from her initial position as Graphic Designer into our Marketing manager, working closely with Sales, Operations and Chief Executives.

Josh Wilson - Maintenance Manager

As FES' Maintenance Manager, Josh handles a department dedicated to servicing our Customer sites, and as one of our core company values, Excellence is what drives the Maintenance department and it starts with him. Josh started his career with FES as a Lighting technician and quickly evolved into different roles until landing his current position. Our Maintenance department handles every single request within our contract timeframe and Josh ensures a smooth transaction between contractors and staff to keep our Customers' lights on.

Ryan Ramnarine - Engineering Manager

Ryan joined FES after graduating with a Bachelors Degree as an Electrical Engineer and joined our Engineering team where he quickly grew into his current Management position. In his current role, Ryan ensures his team analyzes each project and design a custom lighting solution that best fits each unique scenario or client. Ryan is also in charge of training our Electrical Contractors on FES' best practices and fixture knowledge when needed.

Theo Pampoukas - Senior Sales Executive - FL

One of our Senior Sales Executives, Theo is passionate about building relationships with his Customers. With an entrepreneurial spirit, impressive track record and vast experience in business sales, Theo is an important asset to our Team and is focused on the Casual Dining market even though his portfolio is balanced through our different market verticals. Recent recipient of our Highest IRR Award and consecutive Top Gun Awards since 2015.

Rick is a senior Sales Executive with over 10+ years of experience in Sales. Focused in the Housing and Residential market, he focuses on energy savings and safety for his customers. Rick is an expert at building lasting relationships in the B2B space and is our most recent recipient of our Top Gun awards for an impressive goal achieved in 2021.

Charles Rotelli - Senior Sales Executive

Charles (Chuck) is a successful sales executive with 15 years of experience in the lighting industry. As VP of National Accounts, he is currently engaged with 40+ National scale organizations totaling over 4000 individual sites. Former Co-Founder and CSO of an energy efficient lighting company recognized as INC 500 (#380) , Chuck took the company from concept to acquisition over a 10 year period and completed over 24M sq feet of lighting upgrades. Chuck has proven to be a success, and with a background in sustainability it is no question Chuck is a key asset to our Company.

As passionate Salesman, Justin is proactive in his approach to sales while maintaining excellent business relationships. With over 25 years of experience under his belt, Justin has mastered the art of networking and building a balanced pipeline. He has helped over 100 businesses convert to LED with FES. Recipient of our most recent Year-over-year Most Improved Award for exponential sales through the years.

Stacey joined our Sales team in 2019 with an impressive track record as an account executive and experience in business development as well as customer service. It was this background and her attention to detail that landed stacey her current role as Contractor Affiliate manager where she supports a network of our preferred contractor partners and assists in developing a pipeline for each while at the same time building different avenues for the growth of FES.

David Joined our sales force in 2017 handling the Northeast territory of our active markets. Prior to joining FES David was a Customer Development Manager for Nestle. His experience and background in business sales make him an important asset to our Team.

David joined our team in 2019 after a short hiatus. Focused in the Michigan market, David has over 25 years of medical sales/management of both capital and physician services. Dave currently maintains a balanced portfolio of customers throughout all our divisions.
