Cook’s Corner Plaza

Cook's Corner Shopping Center is a premiere regional power center within a heavily traveled and dynamic retail market in the oceanfront community of Brunswick, Maine. Despite being home to several first-class national tenants, the shopping plaza was not delivering a premiere experience for its tenants and shoppers due to severely outdated lighting. By switching to sustainable LED lighting technology, the plaza owners improved lighting levels, provided a safer shopping environment and saved more than $14,000 annually.
