RK Town Center

Description

RK Town Center is located in the center of Sunny Isles Beach among a hub of affluent communities. Roughly 45,000 vehicles pass by the plaza each day, making it critical to have fully functional, bright and aesthetically pleasing lights. FES designed, installed and is now maintaining a new LED lighting system at a zero upfront capital cost to RK Town Center. The new system resulting in a $17,000 annual energy savings while enabling the plaza to better serve its tenants and community.
