United Way is leading the charge to create positive and permanent change. They do this by forging unlikely partnerships, forming new solutions to old problems and mobilizing the best ideas and resources with a focus on education, financial stability and health. The United Way of the Plains facility partnered with FES to design, engineer and install a state-of-the-art energy-efficient lighting system at no capital expense and now saves over $9,000 a year in energy.
